NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 26, 2019, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third Floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13 day of June, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit::
The South 95.0 feet of the West 120.00 feet of the East 890.00 feet of Lot 88, Naples Improvement Co's Little Farms, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 2, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
