NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 09, 2019, entered in Case No. 112018CA0029070001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee for LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9N is the Plaintiff and Dolores Castro; Unknown Spouse of Dolores Castro are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the June 13, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 64, MARCO BEACH UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 25 TO 31, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
