NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-000139 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series RFC 2007-HE1, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Faith Bissaillon, deceased; Excalibur I, LLC, as successor in interest to Providian National Bank; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Leonard S. Bell, a possible Heir to the Estate of the Faith Bissaillon a/k/a Faith H. Bissaillon, deceased; Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Lloyd Campbell; Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Patricia Bison; and Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 13 day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH ONE HUNDRED FEET (100.00) OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED:

A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE WEST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA: FROM A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF THE SAID SECTION 13, DISTANT 660 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER THEREOF, RUN EAST ON A LINE PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 13 FOR 175 FEET TO ESTABLISH THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THE SAID POINT OF BEGINNING BEING ON THE EAST LINE OF A DEEDED 60 FOOT STREET. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE EAST ON A LINE PARALLEL WITH THE SAID NORTH LINE OF SECTION 13 FOR 137.54 FEET, TO THE WEST LINE OF A DEEDED COUNTY DRAINAGE EASEMENT; THENCE RUN NORTH PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 13 A DISTANCE OF 200 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 13 FOR 137.08 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH PARALLEL WITH THE SAID WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 13 AND ALONG THE EAST LINE OF A DEEDED PUBLIC STREET FOR 200 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
