NOTICE IS GIVEN, that in accordance with the IN REM FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE AS TO COUNT I BENJAMIN LEE HANSON and AMY ELIZABETH HANSON dated May 15, 2019, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court, Crystal K. Kenzel, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 13 day of June, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Lobby of the 3rd Floor, Naples, Fl. 34112 for the following described property:
ODD YEAR BIENNIAL WEEK/UNIT: 34/701 OF SUNSET COVE RESORT AND SUITES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3698, PAGE 2185, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, (THE “DECLARATION”).
TOGETHER WITH IN FEE SIMPLE ABSOLUTE, AS TENANT IN COMMON WITH THE OTHER OWNERS OF ALL TIMESHARE ESTATES IN THE HERIN DESCRIBED CONDOMINIUM PARCEL IN THAT PERCENTAGE INTEREST DETERMINED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE AFORESAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
TOGETHER WITH ALL THE IMPROVEMENTS NOW OR HEREAFTER ERECTED ON THE PROPERTY, AND ALL EASEMENTS, RIGHTS, APPURTENANCES, RENTS AND ALL FIXTURES NOW OR HEREAFTER ATTACHED TO THE PROPERTY, ALL OF WHICH, INCLUDING REPLACEMENTS AND ADDITIONS THERETO, SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE AND REMAIN A PART OF THE PROPERTY COVERED BY THIS MORTGAGE; AND ALL OF THE FOREGOING, TOGETHER WITH SAID PROPERTY ARE HEREIN REFERRED TO AS THE “PROPERTY.”
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
