NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 9, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-003335-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and MARGUERITE SANSOUCY, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAULA S. O`NEIL, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of June, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF THE WEST 90 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING SOUTH OF BEACH DRIVE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
