NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2019, entered in Case No. 2017CA002783CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-QS9 is the Plaintiff and Maria Ines Capelo f/k/a Maria Capelo-Fine a/k/a Maria I. Capelo-Fine a/k/a Maria Ines Capelo Fine; Unknown Spouse of Maria Ines Capelo f/k/a Maria Capelo-Fine a/k/a Maria I. Capelo-Fine a/k/a Maria Ines Capelo Fine; Scott Andrew Fine f/k/a Scott Capelo-Fine a/k/a Scott A. Capelo Fine a/k/a Scott Andrew Capelo-Fine; Grey Hawk at Lake Polo Property Owner's Association, Inc.; Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 13th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, GREY HAWK AT LAKE POLO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 140 THROUGH 150, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
