NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 007129 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and PHILIP HARBUCK AND DEBRA HARBUCK, HUSBAND AND WIFE, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of September, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 2249, REGENCY PARK UNIT FOURTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 43 AND 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
