NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2019, and entered in 51-2017-CA-002422WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JASON KUNKE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON KUNKE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLOTTE Y. CARDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG WILLIAM CARDER N/K/A MARY CARDER are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
