NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2017-CA-001750WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Reginald Parks, deceased; Charmaine R. Parks; Donna Brooke Parks a/k/a Dona Brooke Parks a/k/a Brooke Parks f/k/a Dona B. Mythen f/k/a Dona Brooke Phillipy; Homeowners Association at Suncoast Lakes, Inc.; Makenna Shea Parks; Reginald A. Parks; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 20th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
