MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and JAMAIN M. COMPTON; CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SACO I TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMAIN M. UNIT 305, BUILDING 4, TUSCANO AT SUNCOAST CROSSINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6873, PAGE 568 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 107 AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO; TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT TO USE GARAGE NUMBER G-64, BY VIRTUE OF PARKING GARAGE ASSIGNMENT.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
