NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 09, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA003593CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and NICHOLE MONTICELLI, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1081, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES, UNIT FIVE-B, PHASE 2 according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 1-3, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
