NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018 CA 003069 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-10 is the Plaintiff and Frank R. Squiciarino a/k/a Frank Squiciarino; Nicole M. Squiciarino are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 5th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 1041, 24TH ADDITION TO CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 14, 14A TO 14M, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
