NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018 CA 002294 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Asset Backed Funding Corporation Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006 HE1 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of John Mazurek, Deceased are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 17th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 8, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 95, 95A THROUGH 95D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
