NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-4626-NC of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein OAKS BAYSIDE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and EDWARD J. VODILA; ROSETTA A. CANNATA; CITIBANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MLMI TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 HE5; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIELDSTONE MORTGAGE COMPANY; THE OAKS CLUB CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Karen E.
