Final Judgment was awarded on May 15, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-005339 , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-C, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-C is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM QUEEN A/K/A WILLIAM ALLEN QUEEN A/K/A WILLIAM A. QUEEN; CARA QUEEN A/K/A CARA JANE QUEEN A/K/A CARA J. QUEEN; CEDAR CREEK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A STEPHANIE BROOKE LEE; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A DAVID JAMES LEE, are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
