NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-CA-000585 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Diane L. Lierow a/k/a Diane Lierow; Bernd Lierow; Unknown Spouse of Bernd Lierow; Paul Willhite; McGregor Village Condominium Association, Inc.; Advanced Inc., d/b/a Advanced Roofing & Sheetmetal are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the June 14, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 11, BUILDING B, MCGREGOR VILLAGE, PHASE 1, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1662, PAGE 4761, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
