NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 15, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-003219 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PARAMOUNT RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH C. GONZALEZ A/K/A E. GONZALEZ A/K/A ELIZABETH CHRISTINE GONZALEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to witt:
LOT 43, COCKLESHELL VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 69 AND 70, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
