Notice is given pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed May 15, 2019 in Case No. 18-CA-4089, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which LEHIGH PROPCO, LLC is the Plaintiff and NELL NERI STENVIL and MARIE MESIDOR STENVIL, husband and wife, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on June 19, 2019, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
Lot 12, Block 259, GREENBRIAR UNIT NO. 40, SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 1 through 82, Public Records of Lee County, Florida,
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens filed herein, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
