NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2019, and entered in Case No. 36-2019-CA-000047 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust , is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, BARBARA J. SCHNEIDER, DECEASED; KAREN SCHNEIDER; AND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING THROUGH SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 19 day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
