NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2019 , and entered in 18-CA-005896 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and LORRAINE RISCICA; MARCIO JESSE GEQUELIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCIO JESSE GEQUELIN N/K/A JANAINI GEQUELIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORRAINE RISCICA; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROSE SALERNO AKA ROSE J.
