NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2019 , and entered in 17-CA-002903 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and IRENE SONIA PARMIGIANA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRENE SONIA PARMIGIANA; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARES OF THE SOLVERG FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 12/23/04; CITIBANK N.A. F/K/A CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RODIN CALDERON; JOSEPH M. COLLINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH M.
