BROOKS, JR. AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF TERRELL W. BROOKS, SR. DECEASED; TERREL W. BROOKS JR.; ERIKA BROOKS FERENCIK ; EDDISSE TURNER are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 17, 2019 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
