NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2019 in Case No. 18-CC-003959 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein LAGUNA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; PEBBEL BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and JAMES S. MANLEY, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on June 21, 2019. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
