NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-006235 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR, MASTR ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2004-9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-9, is Plaintiff and JORGE LUIS SANCHEZ; LEIDELIN SANCHEZ; et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 10TH day of JUNE 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
