NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 18-CA-003085 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, CREDIT HUMAN FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, Plaintiff, and, WOOD, JAMES STERLING, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 12TH day of June, 2019, the
