Bank National Association, As Trustee For Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-ar1, is the Plaintiff and Highland Park Neighborhood Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated, As Nominee For Attorneys' Mortgage Services, LLC; Charles Sauter, IV A/K/A Charles W. Sauter; Linda M. Sauter are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
