NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2018 and entered in 17-5907-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GLORIA M. BECKNER and EULAS L. BECKNER, JR. are the Plaintiffs, and JOHN D. GOFORTH, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN D. GOFORTH, JAMES W. SMITH, CINDY LEE SMITH, ANITA GOFORTH, UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF THE COURT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendants. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on June 26, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK A, TREE LAND PARK, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from this sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
