NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 23, 2019, and entered in Case No. 15-007436-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA LAYNG A/K/A PATRICIA RUTH LAYNG, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 4 and 5, Block 78, FIRST ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 57, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part; together with adjacent vacated alley by virtue of O.R. Book 9976, Page 1212, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
