NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in Civil Action Case No.: 2014-CA-005417-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 11th day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 301, Caprice Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 99, Pages 57 through 60, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6726, Page 1757, et. seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
