NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2019 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Forelcosure Sale dated May 14, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-001029-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AJX MORTGAGE TRUST I, A DELAWARE TRUST, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and LILIAN JOHNSTON; DEREK ANDREWS; AMANDA ANDREWS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY #1 NKA WAYNE BLACKWELL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY - UNIT #2; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of August, 2019 the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 49, RE-REVISED MAP OF INDIAN BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
