NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2019, and entered in 12-000178CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein 1900 CAPITAL TRUST III, BY U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CERTIFICATE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and RICHARD P. MCCLEARY; LARRIE MCCLEARY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; LOCH HAVEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 26, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
