NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2019, and entered in 18-003159-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is the Plaintiff and GORDANA SCHNEIDER AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF UROS BANDICH, DECEASED; GORDANA SCHNEIDER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; CITY OF TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 6, INNESS PARK EXTENSION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 61 AND 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
