NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2019, entered in Case No. 15-003374-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE1. is the Plaintiff and Sharon L. Haas A/K/A Sharon Haas A/K/A Sharon L. White; The Unknown Spouse Of Sharon L. Haas A/K/A Sharon Haas A/K/A Sharon L. White; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the herein named individual defendant(s) who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Bank Of America, N.A.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK A, NORTH BAY HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 2 THROUGH 15, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
