Final Judgment was awarded on May 8, 2019 in Civil Case No. 19000049CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA21, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OA21 is the Plaintiff, and RONALD E. MACKO; CYNTHIA L. MACKO; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Roger D. Eaton will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on June 26, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
