NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Motion for Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated May 28, 2019, the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 001132 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein SHEPHERD'S FINANCE, LLC, a foreign limited liability company, is Plaintiff, and METROPOLE CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Florida profit corporation, a/k/a METROPOLE CONST. INC, d/b/a CASTLE HARBOUR HOMES, d/b/a NORTH STAR PAINTING, JOHN D. MIEHLE, individually, BABCOCK RANCH RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, JUNIPER LANDSCAPING OF FLORIDA, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, BLUE WATER CONSTRUCTION OF SW FLORIDA, INC., a Florida profit corporation, SUNSET POOLS, INC., a Florida profit corporation, OPEN TRADE EXPORT & IMPORT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, d/b/a UNITED PLUMBING OF SOUTH WEST FLORIDA, HOME SOLUTION CONTRACTING, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and WIRED BY WEGMANN, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of July, 2019, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Babcock Ranch Community Phase 1A & Town Square, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 22, Page(s) 6A through 6P, of the public records of Charlotte County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
