NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 16, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2017CA001973, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and STEPHANIE H. WALTER; DANIEL M. WALTER; ELEVE TRUST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOROTHY SIMMS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A THOMAS AFFELDT; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on June 19, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, WESTOVER SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
