Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 23rd, 2016, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on April, 3rd, 2019, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 1, BLOCK S, OF HIGHLAND SHORES FOURTH UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on June 26, 2019 beginning at 11:00 AM.
