NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2019-CA-000634 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jacob R. Hostetler; Bethany J. Hostetler are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 25th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 14, BLOCK B, BROOKSIDE ADDITION TO WHITFIELD ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 33 THROUGH 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
