Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 15, 2019, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 496 AND 497, SOUTH LAKE WALES UNIT NUMBER SIX, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on June 18, 2019 beginning at 10:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
