THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS 2007-HYB2, is Plaintiff and WILSON FOUR, LLC.; ANNE MARIE GARCY; CHANLER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHRISTINA HAMMOCK OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF HAINES CITY, FLORIDA, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24TH day of JUNE, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 97, CHANLER RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 133, PAGES 2-7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
