NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017CA000850000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and CARLOS NEGRON A/K/A CARLOS IVAN NEGRON IRIZARRI A/K/A CARLOS NEGRON IRIZARRI A/K/A CARLOS IRIZARRI A/K/A CARLOS IVAN NEGRON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 BLOCK 736 IN POINCIANA, NEIGHBORHOOD 5 NORTH, VILLAGE 3 AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDED PLAT/MAP THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 54 PAGES 27-42 OF POLK COUNTY RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
