NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2018-CA-000599-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and JOSE A. DELGADO; GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the day of June 20, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF TRACT 37, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 25, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 13 AND 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OFCOLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
