NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000557 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QH4, is the Plaintiff and Cheryl Vomel a/k/a Cheryl Marie Vomel, Oliver Vomel, Unknown Party #1 NKA CARLOS MARTINEZ, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 20 day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
