NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 6, 2019, entered in Case No. 112018CA0008240001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Santander Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and George T. Kotch; Theresa H. Kotch a/k/a Therese Kotch a/k/a Therese H. Kotch; Foxfire Community Association of Collier County, Inc. are the Defendants, that Crystal Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 BLOCK C, FOXFIRE UNIT ONE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 84 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
