Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 27, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 45 WOODBEND SUBDIVISION, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 72-73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6804 WINDWILLOW DRIVE, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34655; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on JUNE 20, 2019 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
