NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 15, 2019, in Case No. 2018-CA-000987, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN ADVISORS GROUP, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST SHELBY J. PHILLIPS A/K/A SHELBY JEAN PHILLIPS, DECEASED; LISA RENTZ, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SHELBY J. PHILLIPS A/K/A SHELBY JEAN PHILLIPS, DECEASED; LORI W. DICKSON, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SHELBY J. PHILLIPS A/K/A SHELBY JEAN PHILLIPS, DECEASED; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AN OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A EDDIE MCLEOD, are the defendants.
