NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 05, 2019, and entered in 2018CA002728CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and JORGE A. RODRIGUEZ; RENEE L. RODRIGUEZ; NPL CAPITAL, LLC; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION ; PALM COVE OF WESLEY CHAPEL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 10, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
