NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2018-CA-000536 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST VIII-B, is the Plaintiff and Christopher Sutton; Shannon Sutton a/k/a Shannon N. Sutton; Grow Financial Federal Credit Union fka Macdill Federal Credit Union; J.H.R. of Tampa, Inc. dba Home Improvement Services; U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-S1; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 25th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
