NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 20, 2019 in Civil Case No. Case #: 51-2013-CA-002853-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is Plaintiff and ROBERT J. ROMERO, JACQUELINE A. ROMERO, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, PAULA S. O`NEIL, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of June, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 619, Floresta At The Champions` Club according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 106 thru 110 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
