NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 22, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019 CA 000730 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-30CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-30CB, Plaintiff, and SHIRLEY M. GRAS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ELDEN HOOPER, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 26th day of June, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 38 & 39, BLOCK 1328, OF 26TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 3, 3A THRU 3-S, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
